### 手書きができません
Notia の手書きは Apple Pencil 専用です。指でのタッチはキャンバスの移動やカードの操作に割り当てられているため、手書きには Apple Pencil をご利用ください。
### iCloud 同期のやり方を教えてください
トップ画面右上の設定（歯車）→「iCloud 同期」をオンにして、アプリを再起動してください。同期されない場合は次をご確認ください。
1. iPad が iCloud にサインインしているか（設定アプリ → 自分の名前）
2. 設定アプリ → 自分の名前 → iCloud →「iCloud を使用している App」で Notia がオンになっているか
3. 複数の iPad で使う場合は、同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしているか
データはお客様の iCloud プライベートデータベースに保存されます。開発者がデータを閲覧することはできません。
### カレンダーカードに予定が表示されません
初回利用時にカレンダーとリマインダーへのアクセス許可が必要です。設定アプリ → アプリ → Notia →「カレンダー」「リマインダー」を「フルアクセス」にしてください。
また、ボード内の設定 →「カレンダーカード」→「表示するカレンダー」で、表示したいカレンダーにチェックが入っているかご確認ください。
### 録音の文字起こしができません
文字起こしには音声認識の許可が必要です。設定アプリ → アプリ → Notia →「音声認識」をオンにしてください。長い録音は分割して認識するため、完了まで時間がかかることがあります。
### 手書きの文字が検索でヒットしません
手書きの認識はすべて端末内で行われます。書いた直後や初回の検索では解析に数秒かかることがあるため、少し待ってから再度お試しください。崩し字や小さすぎる文字は認識できないことがあります。
### ボードを PDF に書き出すには？
ボード右上の設定（歯車）→「共有」→「PDF で書き出し（範囲選択）」を選び、書き出したい範囲をドラッグで囲んでください。
### 無料トライアルとサブスクリプションについて
Notia Premium（月額 300 円／年額 1,000 円）には 7 日間の無料トライアルが付いています。トライアル期間の終了 24 時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に有料プランへ移行します。
### サブスクリプションを解約したい
設定アプリ → 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」→ Notia を選択 →「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」で解約できます。解約後も、支払い済み期間の終わりまでは引き続きご利用いただけます。
### 機種変更しました。購入を引き継げますか？
新しい iPad で同じ Apple アカウントにサインインし、アプリ内のプラン画面（トップ画面の設定 → プラン）から「購入を復元」してください。ボードのデータは iCloud 同期をオンにしていれば自動的に引き継がれます。
### 対応している機種・OS は？
iPad 専用です（iPadOS 17.6 以降）。iPhone には対応していません。

# Notia Support (English)
Notia is an infinite canvas app for iPad that you can write on by hand. This page covers frequently asked questions and how to contact us.
## FAQ
### I can’t write by hand
Handwriting in Notia is Apple Pencil only. Finger touches are used for panning the canvas and moving cards, so please use an Apple Pencil for handwriting.
### How do I turn on iCloud sync?
Tap the gear icon on the home screen, turn on “iCloud Sync”, then restart the app. If sync doesn’t work, please check:
1. Your iPad is signed in to iCloud (Settings app → your name)
2. Notia is enabled under Settings → your name → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud
3. All your iPads use the same Apple Account
Your data is stored in your private iCloud database. The developer cannot access it.
### My events don’t appear on calendar cards
Notia needs permission to access Calendars and Reminders. Go to the Settings app → Apps → Notia and set Calendars and Reminders to Full Access.
Also check the board settings → “Calendar Cards” → “Calendars to Show”.
### Transcription doesn’t work
Transcription requires Speech Recognition permission: Settings app → Apps → Notia → Speech Recognition. Long recordings are transcribed in segments and may take a while.
### Handwriting search doesn’t find my writing
Handwriting recognition runs entirely on your device. Right after writing, or on the first search, analysis may take a few seconds — please try again after a moment. Very small or heavily stylized writing may not be recognized.
### How do I export a board as a PDF?
Open the board settings (gear icon) → “Share” → “Export as PDF (select area)”, then drag to select the area you want to export.
### About the free trial and subscription
Notia Premium ($1.99/month or $5.99/year — prices may vary by region) includes a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid plan starts automatically.
### How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Notia → Cancel Subscription. You can keep using Notia until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
### I got a new iPad. Can I transfer my purchase?
Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new iPad, then tap “Restore Purchases” on the plan screen (home screen settings → Plan). Your boards transfer automatically if iCloud sync is on.
### Which devices are supported?
Notia is iPad only (iPadOS 17.6 or later). iPhone is not supported.
