Yoshinori Suzuki ［KUNYOTSU Labs］（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供する iPad 用アプリケーション「Notia」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 収集しない情報

当方は、本アプリを通じて、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスその他の個人情報を一切収集しません。本アプリにアカウント登録機能はなく、当方のサーバーも存在しません。

2. 端末内で取り扱う情報

本アプリで作成された手書きデータ、メモ、ToDo、画像、表、添付ファイル、録音などのコンテンツは、すべて利用者の端末内で処理・保存されます。当方がこれらの内容を取得・閲覧することはありません。

3. マイクと録音について

本アプリの録音カード機能は、利用者が録音ボタンを押している間のみマイクを使用します。録音された音声は利用者の端末内（および利用者が iCloud 同期をオンにしている場合は利用者自身の iCloud）にのみ保存され、当方に送信されることはありません。

4. 音声認識（文字起こし）について

録音の文字起こしには Apple の音声認識機能（Speech フレームワーク）を使用します。端末上での処理（オンデバイス認識）を優先して実行し、端末が対応していない場合に限り、Apple のサーバーで音声が処理されることがあります。この処理は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って行われ、当方が音声データや認識結果を取得することはありません。

5. 手書き文字認識（検索用 OCR）について

手書き文字の検索機能のため、本アプリは Apple の Vision フレームワークを使用して手書きデータの文字認識を行います。この処理はすべて端末内で完結し、手書きデータや認識結果が外部に送信されることはありません。

6. iCloud 同期について

利用者が iCloud 同期をオンにした場合、本アプリのデータは Apple の CloudKit（利用者自身の iCloud アカウントのプライベートデータベース）に暗号化されて保存されます。このデータにアクセスできるのは利用者本人のみであり、当方はアクセスできません。iCloud 同期は本アプリの設定からいつでもオフにできます。

7. 写真について

画像カードに写真を追加する際は、iOS 標準の写真ピッカーを使用します。本アプリが受け取るのは利用者が選択した写真のみであり、写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権を取得することはありません。

8. 第三者への提供

当方は、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。本アプリは広告 SDK、アクセス解析ツール、トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。

9. 課金情報

サブスクリプションの決済は Apple が管理し、クレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を当方が取得することはありません。

10. お子様のプライバシー

当方は、13 歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

11. 利用者の権利

本アプリのデータはすべて利用者の端末および利用者自身の iCloud にのみ保存されるため、データの閲覧・修正・削除は利用者ご自身がいつでも行えます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータは削除されます。

12. 安全管理措置

本アプリは、iOS のサンドボックス機構、および iCloud 同期における Apple の暗号化技術により、利用者のデータを保護しています。

13. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Notia Privacy Policy

Yoshinori Suzuki [KUNYOTSU Labs] (“we” or “us”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the iPad application “Notia” (the “App”).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any personal information — such as your name, address, phone number, or email address — through the App. The App has no account registration, and we operate no servers.

2. Information Processed on Your Device

All content created in the App — handwriting, notes, to-dos, images, tables, attached files, and audio recordings — is processed and stored on your device. We never receive or view this content.

3. Microphone and Recordings

The App’s recording card feature uses the microphone only while you are actively recording. Recordings are stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud, if you enable iCloud sync) and are never sent to us.

4. Speech Recognition (Transcription)

Transcription of recordings uses Apple’s Speech framework. On-device recognition is used whenever available; only if your device does not support it may audio be processed on Apple’s servers, subject to Apple’s privacy policy. We never receive your audio or transcription results.

5. Handwriting Recognition (OCR for Search)

To enable handwriting search, the App uses Apple’s Vision framework to recognize handwritten text. This processing is performed entirely on your device; your handwriting and recognition results are never transmitted externally.

6. iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your App data is stored encrypted in Apple’s CloudKit — in the private database of your own iCloud account. Only you can access this data; we cannot. You can turn off iCloud sync at any time in the App’s settings.

7. Photos

When adding photos to an image card, the App uses the standard iOS photo picker. The App receives only the photos you select and never gains access to your entire photo library.

8. No Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your information with any third party. The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking technologies.

9. Payment Information

Subscription payments are handled by Apple. We never receive your payment details, such as credit card numbers.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Your Rights

Because all App data is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud, you can view, modify, or delete your data at any time. Deleting the App removes its data from your device.

12. Security

The App protects your data through the iOS sandbox architecture and Apple’s encryption for iCloud sync.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on this page.
